Your dad posted the DVD before leaving for warmer shores. We have enjoyed watching it thank you very much. Even though it states on the cover it is in standard definition some of the shots are full of detail. The wide shot from the railway station looking up main street is full of detail. The sound on both shows is excellent. Once again thank you.

    Dear Martin
I am very interested how you got this web page started? I have been to Disney World so many times at the years of my own childhood and visited Disneyland only once.Never the less I enjoy your site so much and I am very pleased of the video clips of the old rides and show attractions from long ago.Still I enjoy your site so much that on a scale of 1 to 10 I give this 100% of my vote. One More Question did you make these videos by yourself or someone in you staff or other web sites besides yours? please write back as soon when you can. Thank you.

    Respectfuly yours

I can feel the struggle of the Disney marketing and advertising department on how you can promote this film, after “Frog Princess” under-performed last year, and other fairly recent Disney animations like Bolt, Chicken Little and Meet the Robinsons maybe didn’t do as well as hoped.

It is amazing how much of the genuine feeling and rich excitement of this parade is captured in Martin?s video! Reconstructions of old show films, and videos of dark rides, are interesting and very valuable as archival records, but inevitably, flickering film-screens and low-light levels, make for imperfection. They inevitably fall far short of the live experience. On the other hand, this parade video amazingly captures the event, and in some ways is superior to actually being there! We see performers from many different perspectives and angles, distant and in close-up. We see the parade at various points along its route — and we are never looking around or between the heads of other spectators. The performers mug for the camera! The whole experience is conserved and actually somewhat enhanced. Bravo!!! Next best thing to being there. Thank you Martin, and your helpers. You bring Joy to the World.
