Edited from 14 4K ride throughs to capture all the details and with a source / clean live extended audio mix. After the ride, exit via the gift shop and take in the Explorers Restaurant too.

3 years ago I did a Phantom Manor ride edit. Taking the basis of this, I decided to see if I could improve it. 31 rides later and I have a whole new shot-in-4K edit.

Start with a look at the history of the attraction and it’s storyline, then take a close look at every major change made in the 2018 rebuild. Following this is a detailed visit to the attraction, starting outside in the garden and through the whole Manor and out and around Boot Hill Cemetery. I tried to cover every detail inside and outside including closeups of things often missed. Picture quality is much better than my previous edit, and I tried with each shot to present things as guests see them on the ride – not too dark and not too bright. Audio is a brand new, better quality mix with more source than before too. Finish off with a walk around the manor and the cemetery at night. At an hour long I hope you think this is one of the most comprehensive looks at the attraction to date.

My first edit that I shot myself totally in 4K. This has enabled me to produce an edit that’s more or less how the human eye sees it. The attraction reopened earlier this year after a 15 month refurbishment and I was lucky to ride it several times in June. Take a tour of the garden and queue, enter the foyer, and take a complete multi angle tour of the attraction covering every detail. After riding, exit the crypt, take a look around the cemetery and then sample the atmosphere as darkness falls.

Audio is a mix of totally clean live and source, hopefully it is one of the best versions of the complete new soundtrack available to date.

After a tour of the attraction via concept art and models see every detail both inside and out and of the full ride itself in multi camera enhanced HD video. The first of many HD videos, and one I`ve wanted to produce for 19 years since I first tried to shoot the Mansion. I was lucky enough to obtain footage shot by Dan Warren. Using extremely low-light sensitive equipment this is a video which looks as good on a PC as the ride does to the human eye whilst actually riding. No night vision, no external lighting. When I first saw the quality of the footage I couldn`t believe it. There are no secrets given away – this is purely an edit showing every inch of onstage, exactly how a guest would see and hear it if actually in Orlando.
From 8 hours of footage shot, this is a 1 hour edit multi angle video beginning with a look at the exterior details of the Mansion and surroundings. After full coverage of the graveyard, take in every part of the attraction from start to finish. From walk in to walk out, this is full multi angle coverage of the complete attraction down to the smallest detail. Included in full also are the loops of Constance the bride, the Graveyard band and the Singing Busts. Following the attraction, see full coverage of the exit area stones and the Pet Cemetery, then see the Mansion and surroundings as night falls and the lights come on. See full interior details of both the Assisted Guest entrance and the Chicken Exit too.
The footage is accompanied by a brand new full stereo audio mix, using full source audio elements and clean live audio hear the attraction as you journey through it as you would whilst actually riding.

The highlight of 2007 in the Magic Kingdom was undoubtedly the reopening in September of the new, improved Haunted Mansion. This video looks at the changes and additions, then offers a full, multi camera experience from entrance to exit. Interior video has been enhanced to bring out virtually each detail as the eye would see it without resorting to nightvision. The audio was all recorded live by external stereo directional mic to capture the ambiance of the new sound system, and the narration was also recorded live to capture the new total surround effect. Hu-rry ba-ck!!
