In a change to the scheduled program, and with the sad news that DLP has closed again, I thought this may be of interest. In September 2020 we were fortunate to be able to stay for 3 nights at Newport Bay and have 4 days in the parks. I didn’t intend to release this video at first, but I feel it’s a way to show support to the cast and the resort, and show how safe is was. Part trip video, part Disneyland Paris tour, take in Newport Bay, Disney Village and both parks including highlight edits of virtually every open attraction. Shot in 4K and with plenty of source audio, this I feel is a surreal snapshot of what was at times a beautiful but virtually empty park. We were also lucky to experience the first morning of what turned out to be a curtailed Halloween season. I hope you enjoy this 2 hour DLP tour extravaganza.

Next walk into the land for a full shot-in-4K tour, walk the queue and take a complete multi angle ride with 2D projections and a source audio mix. Exit the ride and take a tour of the Bistrot Chez Remy restaurant.

For the attractions 38th birthday, here is an updated version of the original version of Spaceship Earth. With new footage, for the first time a complete representation of how the attraction looked for its first four years is now possible. Quality is what you would expect from the mid 1980s and early 90s, and a lot of footage is from the 1986 version for clarity, but everything is true to how the ride looked in 1982. Similarly, for the first time using a combination of recordings, the complete Vic Perrin (yes, it was Perrin) narration is now possible to hear. Previous recordings have had words, sentences and complete sections missing or inaudible but this live mix includes the complete original soundtrack. Again, quality is not perfect but the entire original narration is now here.
