Continuing my re edited tour of EPCOT Centers original pavilions, see the history of the China pavilion, how it was designed and laid out, and built.

Then go back to the 1980s for a tour, complete with a new multi camera edit of Wonders of China, with source quality audio and screen flicker minimised or removed.

See the changes made to the pavilion, and then explore it as it is today, in full HD. Walk inside, and experience a brand new multi camera edit of Reflections of China. This was shot with 3 groups of 3 screens, enabling me to concentrate on any group of screens as desired with minimal camera shake or movement, and smoothly pan around the theatre or zoom as needed during post production as opposed to trying to capture the desired footage and angles whilst shooting. With a new stereo source score / ALD narration / clean live ambiance audio mix, and again no screen flicker.

Moving on from Futureworld, I’m now completely re editing my original old Showcase videos.

Starting with Mexico, see how the pavilion developed, how it was designed, and how it and the ride were laid out.

Join the crowds on October 1 2017 as you wait for the park to open. See the 10am stage presentation in multiple angles once the rain stopped, the displays in Odyssey and go shopping for 35th merchandise. Take one of the evenings dessert parties that were available and then take your place for a highlights edit of Reflections of Earth followed by the 35th anniversary tag in full, shot from multiple angles and with a source audio / live pyro mix.

Finally, an edit I’ve always wanted to do. Starting with a full concepts and construction section, trace the attractions development back to a Futureworld ride through, the changes to a theatre show and early plans. Next see how the show was designed and built, how a technological marvel operates, and the opening dedication.
Next take a full tour both outside and inside, including a full look at all the artwork, furniture and flags on both lobby levels.
Walk into the theatre and experience the full show, shot from multiple angles in full HD for complete coverage. Each rear projected piece of art was either resampled and composited or scanned from original artwork, and then re-animated to match the projected version exactly with no blur, shake or flicker. The audio was remixed in stereo matching original attraction dialogue, sound effects and stereo musical scores for a source quality stereo soundtrack. Includes the full 2007 source quality Golden Dream finale.
After the show, walk around the exterior looking at various details and finally see the changes to the pavilion since 1982, from the minor to the 1993 animatronic replacement with a side by side comparison plus a source quality complete original 1982 Golden Dream and the full 1993 version too.

A simple 6 camera edit of the October 2014 version of Epcots nighttime extravaganza. Shot in full HD, this video concentrates on the ongoing upgrades to the show made over the last year – especially looking at the new pyro shells used, the upgraded syncrolite and pavilion lighting, and a taste of the new lasers.

The 2007 updated version of the Circlevision film, shot in full HD from two angles for maximum coverage with an ALD soundtrack.

The complete film, from walk in to walk out, shot in full HD from 2 angles for full coverage of all 5 screens and the new digital projection system now in use for solid, sharp images. This system does produce some minimal flicker in parts on recordings. With a source audio track.
